About Red Rock Canyon
Rated by TripAdvisor.com as "#1 of 437 things to do in Las Vegas"
and just 20 miles from downtown Las Vegas,
Red Rock Canyon showcases beautiful cliffs and ravines composed of banded grey,
white and red sandstone.
The wide empty plains are studded with Joshua trees and other plants typical of
the Mojave Desert, contributing to a breathtaking landscape.

nature observing and a visitor center with indoor and outdoor exhibits as well as a book store.
